District 5 - Julianna Parks

Julianna has served on the Bossier Parish Police Jury representing District 5 since 2021. She is a lifelong resident of Bossier Parish and is committed to ensuring that it remains a great place to live for not only her constituents but also her own family. She is an active member of the Police Jury Association of Louisiana and the National Association of Counties. As an attorney, she has served the Shreveport/Bossier community since 2006, specializing in small business representation and defending law enforcement. She is a founding partner of the Langley, Parks, and Soto law firm in Bossier City.
Julianna and her husband of over 20 years, Santi, have two sons, Brady and Asher, who attend Bossier Parish schools. She currently serves on the Commission for Women of Bossier City, leads high school students in youth activities and education at St. Jude Catholic Church, and volunteers for the Airline High School Football and Soccer Booster Clubs. She has previously served as President of the Gingerbread House Children’s Advocacy Center, as Treasurer of the Republican Women of Bossier, and on the Bossier Parish Republican Executive Committee.
Julianna Petchak Parks graduated from Haughton High School, LSUS, and LSU Law School.
