NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Bossier Parish Police Jury will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, to consider approval of the application of Kurt Nixon, Nixon Engineering Solutions, on behalf of PBRG Properties, LLC, for a zoning amendment to change the zoning classification of a certain tract of land being 118.312 acres, more or less, located in Section 16, Township 18 North, Range 12 West, Bossier Parish, Louisiana, Northwest Louisiana Land District, from R-T, Racetrack District, to R-MHS, Residential Manufactured Home Subdivision District, for a proposed residential manufactured home subdivision, Police Jury District 2.
