Boil Advisory Lifted for Portion of Halls Trail in Dogwood Subdivision

Consolidated Waterworks District No. 1 has lifted the boil advisory that was previously issued for a portion of Halls Trail in the Dogwood Subdivision following a water main break.

The advisory, which affected approximately 12 service connections near 3117 Halls Trail, was issued out of an abundance of caution after an 8-inch water main break. Repairs were completed, and water samples collected after the incident have been tested and confirmed safe for consumption by the Louisiana Department of Health.

Customers in the affected area may now resume normal water use for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and all other household purposes. Boiling water is no longer necessary.
