Sandbags Available Around the Parish

The sandbag container for the South Bossier Fire District #2 on 1325 Robinson Road is now located at the
Bossier Highway Department’s yard on Hwy 157.

Bossier Parish officials are reminding residents to prepare for possible flooding and take steps to protect their homes and property. Sandbags are available for residents who need them at several locations throughout the parish.
Sandbag storage containers have been placed at the following locations:
- Highway Department: 410 Mayfield, Benton, 318-965-3752
- Bossier Highway Department South Yard: Hwy 157 & Maeshack Road
- East Central Bossier Fire District #1: 4494 Hwy 80, Haughton, 318-949-9440
- Town of Plain Dealing: 205 W. Palmetto, Plain Dealing
- Town of Haughton: 224 W. McKinley Ave, Haughton, 318-949-9500
For access to the satellite locations, call the phone numbers on the bins. Residents can pick up sandbags at the Highway Department between 7:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m.
