Boil Water Advisory Lifted for Country Place Subdivision

The Bossier Parish Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No. 1 has lifted the recently issued boil-water advisory for the Country Place Subdivision.

The advisory was originally issued after crews repaired the connecting water line off Hwy 80 that serves homes in the subdivision. which required crews to shut off water service while repairs were completed temporarily. Those repairs have now been finalized, and water samples tested by the Louisiana Department of Health have confirmed the system meets all safety standards.

Residents may resume normal use of their water for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, and food preparation.
