Boil Advisory Lifted for Country Place Subdivision

The boil advisory issued for the Country Place Subdivision has been lifted by the Louisiana Department of Health Lab in Shreveport.
The advisory was issued after work crews replaced a fire hydrant on the Dogwood South Water System that supplies the neighborhood. The affected area includes homes from 117 Chimney Lane to the intersection of Oakridge and Chimney Lane.
The water samples from the line were tested at the LA Dept. of Health Lab and returned negative. No further action will be taken with this advisory.
