Contractors for the Bossier Parish Police Jury are moving steadily southward with construction of the new north/south roadway that will connect I-220 with Crouch Rd.
Workers are currently clearing and preparing the roadway base from the Black Bayou levee to Deen Point Rd. with plans to eventually connect to Swan Lake Rd. at Flat River.
