LPN Position for Bossier Maximum Correctional Facility

Applications are being accepted for a full-time LPN position at the Bossier Maximum Correctional Facility near Plain Dealing.

Qualified nurse applicants will possess excellent communication, critical thinking and assessment skills and will be reliable and punctual as well as able to perform her/his job duties autonomously.

Applicants must be assertive, empathetic and able to provide care objectively while serving this special population. References required.

Requirements:

• Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nursing program.
• Current, unencumbered Louisiana or compact state nursing license.
• Current BLS.
