Road Closure in Legacy Neighborhood

Some of the residents living in the Legacy Neighborhood will need to use an alternative route next week due to pipeline repairs in the area.
On Monday, February 24, Shumark Trail will close at 1:00 p.m. while an Enterprise contractor begins emergency repairs on a pipeline on the west end of the street.
The repair work is anticipated to be completed by Friday, February 28, 2025.
Traffic can utilize Veret Pass at Sawgrass Parkway to access that area of the neighborhood.
