Boil Advisory Rescinded for HWY 80 Residents Rescinded

Officials with the Bossier Parish Consolidated Waterworks/Sewerage District No.1 and the LA Dept. of Public Health Laboratories in Shreveport have rescinded the recent boil advisory issued for customers living in homes from Boomers Lounge, 7521 HWY 80, heading east to Goodwill Road in Webster Parish.

The boil advisory was issued after work crews repaired a 4-inch service line. Officials say the water samples sent in for testing came back negative from the lab.

No further action is required for this advisory.
