Construction crews worked on Palmetto Drive as part of the Bossier Parish Highway Department’s Overlay Program.
Crews started working on Palmetto Road from Linton Road to Old Palmetto Road on Friday, August 23. Beginning Wednesday, August 21, contractors completed the Vanceville and Swan Lake Roads jobs.
The Overlay Program is part of renovating and repairing 575 miles of paved roads and the 104 bridges in the parish.
