Since 2003, Butch Ford has provided engineering leadership for the Bossier Parish Police Jury as Parish Engineer. Bossier Parish has experienced unprecedented growth during this time frame and is recognized as the fifth fastest growing parish in Louisiana. Ford has served on numerous committees including the Northwest Louisiana Council of Government (NLCOG) Technical Committee and the 2016 Flood Technical Committee.

He is also a member of the Louisiana Parish Engineers and Supervisors and is a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers where he served as the Louisiana Section President in 2020-21. Ford looks forward to continuing his service to the citizens of Bossier Parish in his new role as Parish Administrator.

Rachel Hauser serves the team as Administrative Assistant to Altimus, a position she has held since 2015. Jessica Aldridge is assistant to Hauser and, among other duties, produces the police jury agendas for its bi-monthly meetings.
