Leave a trickle of water running from both hot and cold supply lines to one source.
Outdoor Spigots
Outdoor spigots and backflow preventers should be covered to protect them from wind damage. Disconnect water hoses and sprinklers.
Pipes under cabinets
If any of your vanities are backed up against an exterior wall, open the doors to the vanity cabinet to allow warm air access to the pipes.
