Bossier Parish 911 may be unable to receive emergency calls via standard cellular networks due to technical issues affecting Louisiana and Mississippi.

For fire, EMS, or police emergencies, please call 318-455-4927.

You can also reach 911 by:

• Using a landline  
• Cellular text message
• Disabling cellular service and enabling Wi-Fi to place a Wi-Fi call

As a precaution, please check on elderly neighbors or others who may not be aware of the outage or may need help accessing alternative emergency contact methods.
