The Bossier Parish Police Jury is proud to celebrate NCGM, a time to highlight the critical work of our parish government, including maintaining infrastructure, ensuring safety, promoting public health, and overseeing elections.
Today, we shine a spotlight on the dedicated men and women who work tirelessly in our offices and behind the scenes to keep our parish running smoothly. In the Bossier Parish Police Jury Meeting Room, you'll find the amazing staff that supports the functions of the Police Jury.
Pretty in pink, our team of accountants ensures that the parish’s bills are paid on time. Also, the ladies in blue are the hardworking staff of the Consolidated Water/Sewerage District #1.
Since 1991, the National Association of Counties (NACo) has encouraged counties to actively promote their roles and responsibilities in serving residents. National County Government Month, held each April, is an annual celebration of the county government.
