Deen Point Road Repair has Begun

The repairs of Deen Point Road have begun with crews working at both ends of the roadway.

Bossier Parish Highway crews were busy placing asphalt on a portion of the road nearest to Airline Drive, while contractors with the Bossier Parish Police Jury were busy removing the top layer of asphalt from Veterans Parkway to Wyche Road.

Drone video taken on Monday afternoon shows the progress the crews made on the first of the ten days the repairs are scheduled to be made.  

The roadway is scheduled to reopen on Wednesday, February 12.
