Residential and commercial development in Bossier Parish continues at a rapid pace, and areas where infrastructure improvements are occurring are ripe for new construction.
Contractors are working on new commercial developments along the improved Swan Lake Rd. at the intersection of Duckwater Landing, an area that is also showing new residential construction.
A new north/south roadway is currently under construction, with the new portion joining Swan Lake Rd. roughly one mile north of Duckwater Landing. Once the new section of roadway connecting I-220 with Crouch Rd. is completed, even more residential and commercial development is anticipated.
