Oglee Road Bridge Update

Reconstruction of the Oglee Rd. bridge, located just off Shiloh Rd. and LA Hwy. 157 north of Plain Dealing, began Tuesday with police jury highway department workers removing the wood structure in favor of large culverts.

Work on the project was expected to be completed in roughly seven days, weather permitting, but rain moved into the area before noon Tuesday.
