Beginning Monday, Aug. 7 at approximately 8 a.m., the outside lane of U.S. Hwy. 80 westbound (E. Texas Street) from Youree Street to Hamilton Road in Bossier City will be closed, according to the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development.
