Bossier Parish Courthouse Partial Day Closure Information (02/25/2015)
Pursuant to La. R.S. 29:727, the President of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has hereby declared a State of Emergency due to current weather conditions. In accordance with said declaration, the Bossier Parish Courthouse will remain closed until at least noon on Thursday, February 26, 2015, as well as the 26th Judicial District Court and Bossier Parish Clerk of Court for Bossier and Webster Parishes. The 26th Judicial District Court for Webster and Bossier Parishes will convene at 12:30 p.m. A notice will be posted on the police jury’s website at www.bossierparishla.gov later today to advise if the courthouse will open at noon or remain closed on Thursday.

Bossier Parish Police Jury Office Closure Information (02/24/2015)
Pursuant to La. R.S. 29:727, the President of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has hereby declared a State of Emergency due to current weather conditions. In accordance with said declaration, the Bossier Parish Police Jury Office will be closed all day today, Tuesday, February 24, 2015.

Pursuant to La. R.S. 29:727, the President of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has hereby declared a State of Emergency due to current weather conditions. In accordance with said declaration, the Bossier Parish Courthouse will be closed Wednesday, February 25, 2015.

Bossier Parish Courthouse Closure Information (02/23/2015)
Pursuant to La. R.S. 29:727, the President of the Bossier Parish Police Jury has hereby declared a State of Emergency due to current weather conditions. In accordance with said declaration, the Bossier Parish Courthouse will be closed, Tuesday, February 24, 2015, with the exception of the Bossier Parish Police Jury Office, which will open at 12:00 noon. A notice will be posted on the police jury’s website at www.bossierparishla.gov in the morning at approximately 10:30 a.m. to advise if the police jury office will open at noon or remain closed on Tuesday.

OLD PLAIN DEALING ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE (02/17/2015)
Beginning immediately, February 17, 2015, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has required the Bossier Parish Police Jury to close a bridge on Old Plain Dealing Road located approximately 2.8 miles south of the Town of Plain Dealing off Highway 3 for emergency repairs. It is not known at this time how long the repairs will take to complete.

YOUNG ROAD BRIDGE CLOSURE (01/08/2015)
Beginning immediately, January 8, 2015, the Louisiana Department of Transportation and Development has required the Bossier Parish Police Jury to close a bridge on Young Road located off Highway 160 for emergency repairs. It is not known at this time how long the repairs will take to complete.

Goat Hill Road Open (01/07/2015)
The Goat Hill Road is now open effective today, January 7, 2015.

GOAT HILL ROAD CLOSURE (01/06/2015)
Effective immediately, January 6, 2015, Goat Hill Road will be closed approximately one-quarter of a mile from Highway 157 for repairs to a gas line. It is anticipated that the road closure will be for one day
